Nourish is a product design company, focused on providing innovative, disruptive solutions to support social and health care services in adapting to changes in demographics and policy.

 

Founded in 2012, the company's first product is a 'cloud-based' care plan solution and a collection of tailored apps to enable joint care delivery, to empower NHS and Local Authority social care commissioners in delivering patient centred care, and tackling chronic disease at scale.
